Welcome to Minoribaby! We specialize in handcrafted felt and crochet creations, lovingly made to order. Every piece is carefully handmade with attention to detail, making each item unique.
Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

1. Order Processing
All of our felt and crochet products are handmade to order.
Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days before shipment. Personalized, custom-made, or larger orders may require additional production time depending on their complexity and our current order volume.
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
If there is any unexpected delay, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.


2. Shipping Methods
We ship to most countries worldwide.
Shipping options and shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and the size of your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment throughout its journey.


3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been completed and shipped.
Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. International Shipping & Customs
We proudly ship worldwide.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Minoribaby is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional fees charged by customs authorities.


5. Handmade Products
Every Minoribaby product is individually handcrafted.
Because each felt and crochet item is handmade, slight variations in color, stitching, shape, size, and finishing details are natural and make every piece one of a kind. These variations are not considered defects and do not affect the quality or intended use of the product.
Product photos are intended to represent the overall design as accurately as possible. Due to the handmade nature of our products and differences in screen displays, the finished product may vary slightly from the images shown.


6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at minoribabynest@gmail.com.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Minoribaby is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


7. Shipping Delays
While we always strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Customs inspections
- Severe weather
- Postal service disruptions
- High seasonal shipping volumes
- Carrier delays
We appreciate your patience and understanding should these situations occur.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of both the packaging and the damaged item.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first checking with your neighbors, local post office, or shipping carrier.
Although Minoribaby cannot be held responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we will gladly assist you in working with the carrier to help locate your shipment whenever possible.


9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our products are handmade to order, production begins shortly after an order is placed.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may only be changed or canceled before production begins. Once production has started or an order has been shipped, cancellations, major design changes, or shipping address changes may no longer be possible.
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be canceled or returned once production has begun unless they arrive damaged or defective.
